Return Information - Change Of Mind

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods as long as the security seal is not broken. This ensures you can check the item and make sure it is the right size for you and is what you expected. Please read our full returns policy before returning items.

NO 'CHANGE OF MIND' RETURNS ON FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS These are pieces that will have 'FINAL CLEARANCE' above the title on the product page.

Returns are posted back at the buyers expense.

Postage Charges and Restocking Fees

The following will be deducted from all returns unless covered by Australian consumer law. 

Our original postage costs if returning the entire order, plus 10% of each product returned.

No restocking fee will be charged if an exchange is requested. 

Postage fees deducted are as follows, even if the order was sent 'free shipping'. 

Regular Post - $3.99. Registered Post - $5.99. Express Post - $9.99


Return Exceptions

Unless Faulty, items cannot be returned if they are opened. Return will be refused if security seal is broken.

How to return an item

Please email via the 'contact us' tab and we will advise of the procedure.

Mail your return to: Returns, PO Box 99, Lowood Qld 4311. Include your original invoice with your return.

Returns will only be assessed on receipt of goods. Consider using Registered Post to ensure there are no delays in the postal system.

We will then assess the return. Approved returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of item.

Exchange, Store Credit, Refund

This is your choice. Please advise in the return claim email what you prefer. Please be aware that any extra postage charges incurred are the buyers responsibility. Refunds will be sent by the same method as payment.

Return Information - Faulty Goods

Standard consumer law in Australia allows for the return of faulty goods within a reasonable time from purchase. Contact us within 30 days from purchase if you receive a faulty item and we will advise of return/refund/credit procedure.

We will not accept faults caused by misuse or intentional damage. This will be assessed upon us receiving the item back.

Damage caused by using the jewellery incorrectly will not be deemed as faulty. Ensure you know how to insert/remove jewellery correctly prior to use. Especially twist rings. Gems loosened or damaged by incorrect use is not deemed as a fault in the jewellery. See YouTube tutorials on how to use twist rings. 

Ensure you check your jewellery closures on a regular basis. Items are not deemed faulty if balls/ends etc are simply lost. Ensure your jewellery is appropriately and adequately tightened and secure.

No restocking fee will be charged for return of faulty goods. Returns will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Return Information - Incorrect Item Sent

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods if your order contains incorrect item/s. The correct item/s will be shipped at our expense within 3 working days of receipt of incorrect item/s.

Free Gifts, Bonus Extras, Add-Ons etc

Any bonus or extra items sent with orders are not exchangeable or refundable. These items need to be returned along with items you are returning.
