Refund policy

Return Information - Faulty Goods 

Standard consumer law in Australia allows for the return of faulty goods within a reasonable time from purchase. Contact us within 30 days from purchase if you receive a faulty item and we will advise of return/refund/credit procedure.

We will not accept faults caused by misuse or intentional damage. This will be assessed upon us receiving the item back.

Returns will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Return Information - Incorrect Item Sent

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods if your order contains incorrect item/s. Items must still be in their original packaging. The correct item/s will be shipped at our expense within 3 working days of receipt of incorrect item/s.

Free Gifts, Bonus Extras, Add-Ons etc

Any bonus or extra items sent with orders are not exchangeable or refundable. These items need to be returned along with items you are returning.
