Shipping policy

All Australian orders are sent with tracking.

Australian orders are charged a flat rate of $5.99 for Regular Post, $9.99 for Parcel Post or $14.99 for Express Post 

Current Shipping times within Australia are 5 to 12 business days. These are estimated delivery times as supplied by Australia Post and are out of our control.

Full tracking and insurance on Registered Post. This is handled by Australia Post and out of our control. We will assist, where possible, with all claims and concerns.

Regular Post is fully tracked, however is NOT INSURED and we are unable to compensate or replace lost or damaged orders sent via Regular Post. Please consider the extra security of Parcel Post.

Express Post is fully tracked, however is NOT INSURED and we are unable to compensate or replace lost or damaged orders sent via Express Post. Please consider the extra security of Parcel Post.

Orders over $100 may require a signature on delivery. 

Packaging Policy: Handle with Care
We ensure that your purchases are properly packed before they are dispatched. This is to ensure that the delicate items do not get damaged during shipment.

Your order could be sent in safe bubble wrap envelopes, small boxes or envelopes.
