🛒 Order Processing

⚠️ Important: Please choose carefully — once an order is placed, we’re unable to adjust or cancel it.

All orders are processed and shipped same or next business day, though this may be extended during peak periods or promotional events. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder.

If an item is out of stock, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If an item is no longer available, a refund will be issued for that item. Your shipping confirmation email will detail which items have been sent.

Orders are dispatched from South East Queensland.

All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post. Once your order has left our facility, we have no control over delivery times or potential delays in the postal network. We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post.

New Zealand

  • $16 AUD – Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Import fees and duties, if applicable, are not included and are the buyers responsibility

✉️ Tracking & Delivery Issues

Australia Post continues to experience some delivery delays in certain areas. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Once your parcel is scanned at our local Post Office, it is en route. It may not receive another scan until it reaches your address.

If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days, please submit an enquiry directly with Australia Post. You can lodge it as the recipient using this link: Lodge an Enquiry with AusPost.

If you believe your item was delivered incorrectly, you can also use the “Dispute Delivery” link on your tracking page.
Please note: if Australia Post confirms delivery to the address on your order, we are not liable for any losses. We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure and accurate.


📦 Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, you have two options:

  • Reship the order (shipping fees apply) – Click here to pay for redelivery

  • Request store credit (original order amount minus shipping and restocking/processing fees)
