Returns - Store Credit
We understand how difficult it can be to choose jewellery online. For this reason we send out our jewellery in sealed, clear packaging so you can return the item if it is not right for you. These returns must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery and will be refunded as Store Credit.
There are some fees involved in 'change of mind returns'. If the entire order is returned, our original postage costs are deducted from the credit. A 10% admin fee is also deducted for returned items. Returns are processed at the end of each week and emails are sent out with store credit details.
Jewellery MUST be in its original sealed packaging or return will be rejected and item/s will be posted back at buyers expense. There are no exceptions to this rule, as we cannot resell items that may have been used or touched by others. Please do not send back any items that have been opened.
Enclose the below form with your return. We recommend using a trackable postal service. Ensure the return is appropriately packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Faults - Repaired or Replaced
All pieces are fully quality checked prior to shipping to ensure there are no loose gems or faulty threads, however if you do receive a faulty product, it can be returned for repair/replacement within 30 days of receipt.
As per Australian Consumer Law, faulty items will be repaired or replaced. If we are unable to do this, then a refund will be sent.
The buyer is responsible for getting the piece/s back to us safely. Please use the form included with your delivery or print and fill out the form at the bottom of this page and return it with the jewellery.
What is NOT classed as a fault.
Lost parts are not considered faulty. Ensure you check/tighten your jewellery regularly to avoid losing parts. All parts of the jewellery need to be returned with a 'fault' claim.
Intentional damage to jewellery will not be accepted in a 'fault' claim.
- Ensure you know how to use the pieces you purchase (especially twist rings - opening and closing these incorrectly can damage or break them). Breakage due to incorrect use will not be accepted as a 'fault' claim.
