Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or adjust it. Please review your selections carefully before checking out.


📦 Incorrect Items Received

If you believe you've received the wrong item, please:

  1. Check your order as soon as it arrives, before opening or removing items from the packaging.

  2. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  3. Include a clear photo of the incorrect item(s) still in their original packaging.

  4. Please double check what has been ordered on your Order Confirmation email.

We’ll review your claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


🔁 Returns for Store Credit – "Change of Mind"

We understand that buying jewellery online can be tricky. That’s why all of our pieces are packaged in sealed, clear pouches — so you can view your items before deciding to keep them.

You may return eligible items for store credit only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must remain in their original, sealed packaging. Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. No exceptions.

  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

🧾 Return Fees

  • If your entire order is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

  • If you received free shipping, but your return reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee will also be deducted.

  • A 10% processing/admin/restocking fee is applied to all eligible returns.

Returns are processed weekly, and you’ll receive an email with your store credit once it has been issued.

⚠️ Do not send back any items that have been opened. These returns will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.


💎 Faulty Items – Repairs or Replacements

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping, but if you receive an item that is faulty, it can be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

We follow the guidelines set out by Australian Consumer Law. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Buyer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely.

  • Use a trackable postal service and protective packaging.

  • Include the completed return form (below) in your parcel.


❌ What Is NOT Considered a Fault

  • Lost parts (e.g., balls, ends, chains) – Check and tighten your jewellery regularly.

  • Intentional or accidental damage – Includes breaks from dropping, over-tightening, or mishandling.

  • Incorrect use – For example, twist rings damaged from improper opening/closing.

  • Damage caused by piercers or professionals not using proper care.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items returned that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be forfeited or returned at the buyer’s expense.

  • Undeliverable orders returned to us will be handled as ‘change of mind’ returns, subject to standard fees.
